Junior QA Engineer (offline)

Job Description
This project is uniquely positioned to help companies bring their people, insights, and customer channels together to effectively drive today’s customer conversation. Our software directs more than 100 million interactions every day, maximizing the value of customer engagement and differentiating the experience by driving personalization and multi-channel customer service, as well as extending customer service across the enterprise to optimize processes and performance of customer-facing employees.

Responsibilities:
Test documentation development/support;
Analyze business requirements, implement and execute functional, non-functional and exploratory testing.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in testing;
Test automation experience is a plus;
Understanding of QA processes in Agile SDLC;
Experience with UNIX/Linux (Linux-based operating systems)
Experience with Python;
Familiar with Docker;
RDBMS experience - PostgreSQL, MS SQL
Experience with CTI is a plus
Good written and spoken English
Quick to learn and having excellent problems’ solving skills
Good personal skills, ability to work in a team.
