Email marketing specialist (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the overall company`s email marketing strategy
Running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters
Design and implement email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with various teams to create email template designs, call-to-action, content, and subject lines
Perform A/B testing on multiple campaigns to continually improve campaign performance
Customer data management ( segment audiences and manage email lists to those audiences)
Report regularly on KPIs and update planning accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
1-2+ years of experience in email marketing
Experience in Email Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Project management skills (ability to organize people, processes, control deadlines)
English Level - Upper Intermediate is mandatory
Excellent verbal, written communication
Orientate planning and actions on performance metrics
Proactively solve problems
Strong analytical skills
