MIS Analyst (offline)

Role and responsibilities:

Reporting to CRO, the MIS analyst will be responsible for:

- Design and development of decision support tools: regular reports and analytical reviews
- Design and development of reports for monitoring the work of call centres in different countries
- Design and development of reports and dashboards for TOP management
- Development of data structures for reports
- Analysis and control of the KPI on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Development and support of risk alerts and risk reports
- Design and development of other reports for operational divisions from different countries
- Development and support of reporting for clients (for banks and other financial institutions from different countries)
- The support for data ownership and data quality control
- Communicating with IT team regarding database relating issues
- Analysis of financial indicators (revenue, costs, gross margin)
- Analytical support of company's projects: building statistical /mathematical /econometrical models, forecasting

Is it you?:

- Higher Education (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics Cybernetics)
- English level: Intermediate (B1)+
- Good SQL knowledge is a must (queries, procedures)
- Excellent MS Office, advanced Excel is a must
- Experience in reporting solutions (SSRS, Power BI)
- Strong attention to details
- Work experience in collection companies, banks or in call-center (as a supervisor or operator) would be a plus
