MEAN Stack developer (offline)

We are looking for a good MEAN Stack developer who has solid experience in MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and NodeJS to help build an application that will also use p5 and ml5 JavaScript libraries. The developer has to work for both front-end and back-end.
This is a full-time job, remote

Our client specializes in crisis and disaster management, grant management, and public safety solutions for both local and state governments agencies.

About the project: The service (application) is a government solution that will involve machine learning and high-level canvas. It is a tool to easily create templates of documents like drivers licenses, passports, or any other standards document that can be used to predict and parse data from an uploaded or scanned document and then fed to other systems through a rest api.
