Lead Project Manager (offline)

Project Manager, способный настроить и контролировать процессы в команде, занимающейся направлением E-commerce (Magento, Shopify) решений.

Requirements
- Подтвержденный опыт управления несколькими проектами одновременно
- Технический (PHP, JS, Magento, Shopify) бэкграунд приветствуется
- Business development и/или product management опыт будет большим плюсом

Goals
- Вести переговоры с англоязычными клиентами, выявлять их потребности, вести пресейл стадию совместно с членами команды
- Наладить работу команды, настроить флоу работы над клиентскими задачами, собственно распределение задач внутри команды
- Отслеживать “портреты” запросов, популярные технологии и т.п., чтобы помогать маркетингу и менеджменту компании развивать e-commerce направление
