Chief Financial Officer (offline)

We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now we are looking for an experienced and systematic Chief Financial Officer

We expect our CFO, under the general supervision of the CEO, to:
• manage strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting cycles, establish and monitor key business indicators
• contribute with shareholders and CEO to the strategic vision to achieve business objectives and implement growth strategy
• oversee all finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing and payroll
• gross margin controlling and other profit measurement
• prepare monthly reporting package: BS, P&L, CF, GM
• annual IFRS and local audits
• provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• close cooperation with other departments

Requirements:
• qualified financial, accounting, reporting standards, risk, compliance experience
• at least 5 years of professional experience
• IFRS experience is required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in the CFO role
• experience with international banks would be an advantage
• fluent writing, reading, and communications English skills;
• strong communication skills: both verbal and written;
• high proficiency in Excel and Word
• ability to multi-task within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• ready for business trips (Ukraine and abroad)
