Workflow/Config Engineer (offline)

Project Description:
We build the platform, which supports client onboarding in global financial institution. This platform includes processing of onboarding requests as they flow from Clients to Sales to Operations and to downstream processing functions. Application functionality is decomposed into business process management, business rules/workflows configuration, reporting / dashboards and workload management functions e.g. work prioritization, SLA management, notifications etc.
Technically solution includes BPM engine, rules engine, reporting engine, metadata configuration components; most of these components are exposed via end-user facing interacting web applications. The platform is used by both external and internal users, it is mission critical as part client experience upgrade roadmap.

Responsibilities:
The Config Engineer is responsible for transformation of business requirements into task-based workflows self-service configuration tool. Specifically, you will be responsible for definition of the approach and workflows' implementation in order to address specific business needs. You will be in close communication with global Client onboarding teams during collection and formalization of the requirements for business processes automation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Degree in mathematics or computer science;
- Analytical mindset and strong analytical skills;
- Experience with rules engines, workflow tools and a business process management system is preferable;
- Experience in system analyst or application support analyst (engineer) role is highly desirable;
- Expertise in investment banking business, client onboarding domain
- Тechnical background:
- Scripting skills (deep knowledge of any programming language incl. Groovy, Java)
- BPMN / UML specification (ability to modeling and visualize business processes);
- Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain;
- Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Practical, or at least strong theoretical knowledge in Business Analysis in IT area
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in process management
