Senior React.js developer (offline)

About the project:
XchangePlus is a one-stop data and document exchange platform that fully automates the transaction process from contract onwards, for all participants.
We provide access to real-time transactional data and source documents, so the most accurate and up-to-date information is instantaneously available.
The process of buying/selling real estate is complicated, frustrating, and outdated.
Updating the current system would require a massive overhaul that is too risky and/or disruptive for dominant market leaders whose present success stands on traditional methods.
We’re here to change all of that. We firmly believe that buying/selling a home should be as simple as trading stock, just a few clicks of a button.

Responsibilities:
Development, Development, Development;
Working closely with other developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers;
Proactively obtaining and clarifying requirements as necessary;
Share knowledge and best practices with other team members;
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability;
Documentation of technical solutions;
Maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.

Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the following technologies:
React/Redux;
React lifecycles;
React hooks;
Package optimization;
ES6;
WebSockets;
Completed several projects as a developer using React;
Experience with REST API;
Understanding of formal software development process methodology;
Ability to raise issues constructively with the team and with engineering management;
Experience with Git and familiarity with Git Flow;
Upper-intermediate English.

Nice-to-have:
Experience setting up a new project from the scratch is a plus;
Knowledge of and experience working and integrating with CI (Jenkins/CircleCI/Drone);
Experience with Docker is a plus;
Experience/understanding of Typescript.
