Project/Account Manager (offline)

42DM is a digital marketing agency with hands-on experience in SaaS, Fintech, IT outsourcing, mobile apps, gaming, and other B2B services. We promote tech companies all over the globe - in the US, Australia, Singapore, Germany, the UK, and many other developed markets.

We are looking for a Project/Account Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

Clients:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationship through the comprehensive understanding of business needs, transparent working process and achieving client's expectations (business goals, communication objectives, and deadlines);
- Elaborate offers for clients targeting increased revenue and margin growth;
- Communicate with clients directly;
- Responsible for coordinating project deliverables and ensuring the terms of the agreement are fulfilled by the agency;
- Coordinate and control the deliverables of SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing and Content management specialists;
- Control the results of day-by-day activities via Google Analytics and Social Media reporting tools;
- Assess risks and immediately escalate.

Internal Team:
- Clearly articulate strategic vision to the client and internal team while remaining within budget and scope;
- Collaborate with a team of internal experts to optimize client results;
- Set the objectives and tasks via ActiveCollab/PM tool.


Requirements:

- Fluent English;
- 2+ years of Project/Account management in digital marketing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Result driven behavior;
- IT background is a plus.
