Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as IT Account Manager;
Basic sales skills;
Great communication and negotiation skills;
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner;
Ability to balance business goals, timelines, and expectations;
Good organizational and time management skills;
Proven ability in managing multiple projects;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
English - Advanced level.
Responsibilities:
Negotiation with the client;
Ensuring client satisfaction and managing client expectations;
Invoicing and tracking of periodical payment;
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment;
Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs;
Maintaining statistics and reporting on each active client;
Ensure agreements with customer are followed;
Communication with the existing customer base as well as attracting new contacts;
Traffic analytics.
