Customer Delivery Manage (offline)

Requirements:
* Experience as Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant more than 1+ years
* Excellent English to enable customer communication (written and verbal)
* Ability to support/handle customer interaction on SME level
* Reliable and precise work style, even under time-pressure
* UML/BPMN knowledge
* MS SQL or other databases experience
* Good technical background
* Solid Excel / PowerPoint skills
* Experienced with enterprise-grade Software
* Experienced working with large enterprise customer team

Will be a plus:
* ITSM/ITIL knowledge
* ServiceNow experience
* Experience in B2B/B2G

Responcibilities:
Responsible for technical delivery (incl. deliverables of TEM)
Coordinate the delivery and operational activities
Responsible for committing to timelines and delivering accordingly
Ensures the cooperation with the Customer ServiceNow Team
Drives and coordinate all technical implementation (Product and Customizations)
Managing project tasks in Teamworks
Understands and digitalize customer workflows and integrations
Ensures billable work is delivered in time and quality
Collaborates with CSD, TEM and MobiChord teams to fulfil the project requirements
