Outstaffing Account Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management (preferably with IT clients)
- Successful background in client-management processes
- Excellent communication skills
- English — upper-intermediate/advanced
- Ability to work individually and achieve specific KPIs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong service/client-oriented attitude

Your responsibilities will include:
- Team onboarding coordination
- Customer & Team daily support
- Advocating between Customer and development team and guarding the interests/expectations of both parties equally
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Send invoices & control payments
- Send monthly reports to Customer
- Cross and upselling of our services
- Engaging in conflict resolution in relation to services being delivered and business issues
- Participation in Recruitment & Sales Departments internal activities
