Middle Project Manager (offline)

Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management;
Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodologies and their practical approaches;
Excellent knowledge in project planning, building delivery plans, and execution of delivery in time;
Experience in managing multiple teams;
Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence;
Excellent communication and reporting skills;
Excellent self-organization, efficient time management, and leadership skills.

As a Plus:
International projects management experience;
Experience in managing Teams of 15-20;
Experience of software developer;
Experience in building and implementation of development processes.

Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders for planning and execution of development;
Deliver results according to the roadmap;
Track and report development progress;
Track and increase Teams performance;
Support and evolve development process, policies and procedures.
