Solution MEAN stack Architect (offline)

Project: cloud-based software that provides People Analytics to organizations looking to maximize the business outcomes from their HR data
Location: in Kyiv office - Starokyivska 10Г (metro Politekhnichnyi Instytut) or remotely
English level: Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
Focus on creating simple, yet powerful, solutions that are easily understood and can stand the test of time
Design, code, test, debug and maintain innovative solutions to challenging business problems
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
Release Controls
Process Automation
Provide the unit test creation and code reviews to ensure a high-quality product
Team management
Database optimization (provide architectural changes)
Security provision of the database server


Requirements:
Experience with MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js)
Experience with Data Analysis (Python, R)
RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with AWS
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement /Continuous Deployment (a plus)
Familiarity with random forest scenario creation, machine learning protocols
Good practices with a release protocol
Familiarity with Multi-Source Data Aggregation and Distributed Processing
