Project Description:

Our client is a leading global Financial markets data provider runs a number of change programs to deliver of high-quality software that connects Financial Markets across the globe in a real-time, high frequency and low-latency data management chain.

The system is a big data based solution that used for preparing regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in BigData solution development, working in agile frameworks
• Establish SDLC and development best practices
• Develop high-quality software
• Provide estimates for specific software feature implementation
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Build unit tests for your code
• Develop and maintain tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code that follows open sourcing standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
Mandatory Skills:

Experience in development of enterprise-level solutions, Strong overall programming literacy Medium
Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Scala Medium
Spark Medium
Kafka Low
Hadoop Low
Parquet Low
SQL Any DBMS, Low
Experience with version control systems such as Git Medium
Experience with SDLC methodologies Medium
Nice-to-Have Skills:

C# Be able to read code (auto-tests created by QAs)
