Test Automation Engineer C# (Services for the Cloud Market) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
BASIC SCRUM ACTIVITIES:
Backlog management
Dailies conduction
Scrum-of-Scrums participation
Working on TA coverage extension. Coverage analysis
Auto-tests design and implementation for defined scope
TA Framework core adjustment depending on project needs
TA integration into dev process, including CI process
Review of artifacts delivered by other colleagues, including both test artifacts and test automation code
Assistance with test environment setup
Regular spent efforts tracking and sharing
Regular and clear status and progress reporting
Regular communication with Customer and Sigma team members

REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of TA goals, areas of applicability, activities, deliverables
Understanding of TA efficiency concept and attributes. Knowledge on main TA KPIs
3+ years of commercial experience in TA on C#
Strong understanding of OOP paradigm and its projection to code
Understanding of most common code design patterns and paradigms, ability to clearly recognize them in own code
Experience in TA Framework architecture design from scratch and/or existing TA Framework architectural decomposition
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with at least 2 of specified technical excellence practices: SOLID, KISS, DRY principals following
Participation and/or conduction of code review sessions
Code conventions setup and/or following
Participating in CI process establishment and/or CI process deliverables usage
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Good understanding of the objectives and techniques of planning/estimation
Experience in creation and/or working with main SW testing docs: Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Plan, Test Strategy, Status reports etc.
Experience in direct communication with client and/or client team
English – Upper-Intermediate
