Senior Recruitment Consultant (offline)

Objective include to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion on the market, candidate management, diversity sourcing and interview process management.

Requirements
— 4+ years of experience on IT recruitment consultant position preferably in product company or stuffing agency;
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Good researching and sourcing skills (boolean search, direct search, networking, using Chrome extensions);
— The knowledge of interview techniques and assessment of cultural and skills fit;
— Ability to create attractive for candidate job advertisement and adapt the job posting for different groups/channels and audience;
— Literate Ukrainian and Russian (both writing and speaking);
— Excellent communication and presentation skills;
— Soft skills include a good sales, confidence, energy, commercial awareness, excellent presentation skills, verbal communication, organisational.
Responsibilities
— Driving the full cycle of the recruitment (screening, HR interview, support technical interview, offering);
— Proactively and effectively communicate with hiring managers;
— Developing creative sourcing strategies to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals;
— Using X-Ray search to look for candidates’ profiles on LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job sites and professional communities in Slack, Telegram, Facebook etc.;
— Monitoring job market and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks;
— Pre-onboarding activities (support in preparing workplaces, organizing adaptation meetings, entering information to HRIS).
