Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Execute strategy and delivery in all areas of human resources, including talent life-cycle management, organizational design, learning and development, employee benefits and workforce planning
- Be as a Partner with the CEO to create and sustain a high-performance culture for a distributed team
- Develop our internal performance management, including compensation, structure/normalization, promotion process, performance reviews, handling poor performance, etc.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding
- Identify and propose company benefits.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a senior HR position, including substantial exposure of running all aspects of an international HR function
Working experience in a remote team will be a plus
- Experience implementing HR Performance, compensation and promotion processes remotely
- Experience in developing innovative approaches to improve organizational culture
- Trustworthy with attention to detail
- Excellent active listening skills, clear communication style, and high intercultural awareness
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
