Required skills:
experience on the similar position;
good knowledge of Polish (is a must);
ability to quickly solve crisis and extraordinary situations (is a must);
experience with statistical analysis and reporting;
experience in team management;
skills of process optimization;
experience in sales would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
organization of the contact center work;
responsibility for your team’s results;
ensuring that KPI’s are reached;
quality control of customer service (writing scripts, control of the customers’ feedback, etc);
analyze and monthly report to the top management;
optimization of the contact center work;
participation in the recruiting and training of new staff.
