Global HR People Partner (offline)

We will provide an ideal platform for you to build on your experience in designing and implementing an HR Strategy within a start-up environment to activate on a global scale.
You will be responsible for designing best in class practices, policies and processes, and will be creating the roadmap for the future of the HR department.You have the opportunity to be a strategic advisor to the Management team.
In this senior HR role, you have the opportunity to build on a strong strong culture with the flat hierarchy and take our current HR practices to the next level as you see fit to support and scale AdStar Media to meet significant growth goals.

Your main duties:

- Lead the development and implementation of Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Be a strategic player in the hiring decision process, including creating and extending remuneration packages in collaboration with senior management.
- Responsible end-to-end administrative HR processes (”Hire-to-retire”) starting from the recruiting process, over on-boarding, monthly payroll, absence management, etc.
- Search for, select and hire new employees with a focus on Digital marketing and IT roles.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR related matters, policies, procedures and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage bonus program, track performance against objectives which facilitate, maintain and reward a high performance culture.
- Identify employee training needs, own and implement our learning and development programs from on-boarding to continuous education.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Nurture a positive working environment.

Your attributes:

- 5+ years of experience working in a Human Resource function within a lean, fast-paced work environment; experience in an international high-growth startup preferred but not required.
- Self-driven and proactive spirit with a track record of initiative taking and effective project management.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (as a plus).
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities.

Therefore the ideal candidate is from Ukraine and willing to relocate to Vietnam to grow our international team.
