Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, MSSQL). SQL programming and optimizations, profiling & troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis).
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views, functions, index design, and SQL performance tuning techniques.
• Strong understanding of Database Administration (i.e. Replication, Backup/Restore strategies, Clustering, Failovering, Upgrade, Partitioning).
• Experience designing, building, installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining high-volume, large database systems.
• Experience with cloud-based storage systems.
Responsibilities:
• Involving in all development & deployment phases, including designing schemas and supporting developers in database-related code (e.g. SQL and DB logic process flows).
• Allocating system storage and planning storage requirements for the database system.
• Modifying the database structure, as necessary based on the regular analysis.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of databases.
Planning for backup and recovery of database information.
• Working together with loud, fun and motivated team to achieve the best possible results.
