SRE & DevOps Team Lead (offline)

We are looking for an experienced SRE & DevOps Team Lead to join our Platform Team.

The DevOps Team’s mission is to ensure stability and performance of trading platform for gamers and reach DMarket business goals.

Current challenges include designing, developing and implementing automated systems to increase infrastructure reliability and security, as well as improve deployment efficiency, accuracy based on the idea of “infrastructure as code”.

You will be managing team of two members and working together with VP of Engineering, Delivery Manager, Development Team Leads and Architects.

We expect our future DevOps Team Lead to be a initiative and result-oriented team player who likes to dig into how things work, researching and implementing modern best practices.

Hard skills
— 4+ years experience with Debian or Ubuntu-like Linux;
— Good Linux system internals and shell scripting (bash/python/etc.);
— Experience with Kubernetes;
— Experience with Docker or other container-based technologies;
— Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.;
— Networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, Load-balancers, PKI (TLS), network security, etc.;
— Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies like MySQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis;
— Experience with RabbitMQ, Nats, etc.;
— Experience with monitoring tools and metrics;
— Experience as team lead;
— Strong leadership skills.

As a Plus
— Experience running production systems in Amazon AWS/Google Cloud;
— Experience with Hashicorp products: Terraform, Consul, Vault;
— Experience with CloudFlare;
— Experience running production systems on bare metal;
— Experience with Prometheus, Grafana;
— Experience with version control systems: GitHub, Atlassian Bitbucket;
— Experience with Jira/Confluence;
— Intermediate level of English;
— Strong organizational skills;
— Ability to multi-task.

— Manage team of DevOps/SRE;
— Build and maintain highly available scaling systems;
— Ensure high uptime and response time for Kubernetes cluster and production environment;
— Root Cause Analysis for all production outages;
— Control over compliance with development and architecture standards;
