Java Software Engineer (offline)

Required skills:

2+ years of IT experience;
Good knowledge Core Java;
Good knowledge MySQL;
Experience with IoC (Spring, Guice etc.);
Experience with ORMs (Hibernate, EclipseLink);
Experience in Git, Jira;
Strong OOP;
Experience with Spring Framework or Play Framework;
Experience with SBT, Gradle, Maven or any other build system;
Good knowledge of English;

WILL BE A PLUS:

Experience with Scala (as a huge plus);
Good knowledge JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS3
Experience with Kafka;
Experience with CI tools like like Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.;
Familiarity with Gitlab, JIRA and Confluence;
Containerization with Docker;
Experience with Elasticsearch;
Understanding of web application security fundamentals;

Responsibilities:

— Design & developing new modules in the system;
— Communicate with PMs, developers, architects, QA engineers and other colleagues and stakeholders;
— Maintaining current code together with the rest of the team;
— Helping to integration team with deployment if needed, etc.
