Inbound Marketing Specialist (offline)

Ideal candidate profile:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising for B2B.

- A strong understanding of current digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

- Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.

- Understanding of email marketing principles.

- Experience in content distribution via different channels such as Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

- Excel and Google spreadsheet skills for data analysis.

- Experience in building and optimizing Facebook campaigns.

- Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.


Major Challenges:

- Target markets/audiences/niches research.

- Generating of marketing materials in close coordination with designer, copywriter, SEO specialist.

- Participating in planning and implementation of Forma-Pro marketing strategy.

- Working on Forma-Pro corporate website as for new landing pages generating, conversion optimization and brand positioning in close coordination with designer, copywriter, SEO specialist and web developer.

- Crowd marketing and content distribution on off site placements.

- Ongoing experiments and hypothesis tests.

- Collection and analysis of marketing metrics.
