Sales Operations Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
Work with business leaders in the Sales Operations & Enablement area and partners to jointly identify, analyze and document business system needs and define potential solutions to enhance the workflows and business process in sales.
Lead the collection and drive consensus on systems projects by authoring problem statements and requirements definition documents.
Strong driver in the Sales Systems Program as well as a participant in the Sales Governance process and team.
Lead programs end-to-end overseeing requirements gathering, research, process and system architecture design, solution development, testing, documentation and change management.
Develop, analyze and validate project plans and supporting documentation including goals, use cases, project success reports, project tasks, detailed functional and technical design specifications, business rules, data migration plans, workflow / entity relationship diagrams, and other project documentation.
Work with IT team to communicate requirements and process design, manage the timeline and prioritize tasks throughout build.

Mandatory Skills:
β€’ Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics or IT
β€’ Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in requirement/process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
β€’ Proficiency in Project Management & Business Analysis
β€’ Salesforce.com experience
β€’ Fluent English
β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail.
β€’ Understanding of sales processes and experience working with sales and finance stakeholders
β€’ Proven ability to lead in cross functional project settings
β€’ Demonstrated understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement or other related business systems
β€’ Experience with system project management methodologies including Agile.
β€’ Solid track record of implementation and change management
β€’ Ability to manage needs and expectations of stakeholders and business leaders at varying levels, including executive leadership.
β€’ Ability to determine best approach to solve complex problems and solutions with simplicity and scalability.
β€’ Strong experience in consolidating feedback across functional teams and documenting detailed requirements ready to hand off to technical resources.
β€’ Experience with analytics / BI platforms
