Middle QA (team coordinator) (offline)

Playwing is looking for a Middle QA (team coordinator who will successfully manage a functional
QA team with a strong sense of quality ownership.

Required skills and experience:
— 2+ years experience in Quality Assurance;
— Experience in test case design;
— Strong attention to details;
— Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and tools;
— Knowledge of mobile and web based testing;
— Experience in API testing;
— Database (SQL) knowledge;
— Knowledge of the Apple or Android family of mobile devices
— Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently and deliver on time in a fast-paced work environment;
— Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coordination skills;
— Task-oriented, with the ability to stay on course;
— Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process;
— Excellent written and spoken English.

You’ll be responsible of:
— Mentor the QA team and efficiently manage the resources to
support the projects and ensure the quality delivery;
— Defining test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects;
— Testing and verifying functionality, data content, performance and hardware/software
compatibility;
— Working with the team to design detailed test cases and setup the test environment;
— Utilizing standards, process, and style for issue reporting and tracking;
— Accurately record and maintain issues found by entering them into a bug tracking
database in a clear and concise manner;
— Preparing test reports, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute to defect prevention;
— Working to ensure that software is compliant with internal, publishing, and certification
standards prior to release or submission;
— Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies;
— Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (companies, freelancers).
