Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- Fluent English is a must
- Proven sales track record
- At least 2 years of experience in IT
- Understanding of software development process, modern web technologies, project management methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outgoing and social person, active in social & professional networks

Would be a plus:

- International experience (e.g. international education, student exchange programs, work experience in an international company environment)
- Experience in Business Analysis or Business Consulting

Responsibilities:

- Conversion from hot lead into customer through full cycle of sales pipeline
- Scheduling and performing calls with prospective customers
- Gathering basic project or request requirements
- Contract negotiation and closing
- Managing leads and prospects inside CRM
