QA Engineer (Manual) (offline)

Requirements:
• 1 — 2 years of experience as a QA engineer within an IT company
• Good knowledge of software testing theory and the ability to put that knowledge into practice
• Knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience in writing test plans, checklists and test cases
• Understanding of HTML / CSS / JS or JQuery
• Excellent knowledge of the bug life cycle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive
• Drive initiatives to create value and increase operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Good communication skills.
• English — Intermediate

• Knowledge and good understanding of different Financial Markets
• Understanding of automated testing concept

Responsibilities:
• Creating and following through on test plans, including writing and executing test cases
• Regression testing on existing product portfolios
• Bug and defect handling, analyzing deviations between the defined and the actual functional behavior and reporting bugs. Provide root cause analysis
• Ensuring requirements are met
• Participate in team activities and product feature designing
• Other duties as necessary
• Must be a self-started, self- motivator and self-disciplined
• Must take accountability and be a problem solver as well as, a team player
• Clear concept of understanding requirements provided
• Must have an acute sense for attention to detail
• Ability to place the highest importance on the accuracy of the project
