Middle UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of software interfaces design experience;
• Good knowledge of appropriate graphics editors, at least one of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Experience Design, including prototyping tools;
• Good knowledge of design sources repository software like Zeplin, Avocode;
• Good understanding and practice experience of web responsive/adaptive technologies;
• Good understanding and practice experience of mobile native guidelines: iOS HIG & Google Material;
• Ability to basically understand or accurately learn custom design limitations for different platforms and frameworks;
• Confident knowledge of software interface design basics: the principle of proximity, modular grids, typography, coloristic, composition, basic UI components;
• Acquaintance with software interface design advanced technologies: accessibility design, optical effects, complex modular grids, interaction experience, etc.;
• Ability to work with legacy design systems, components and style guides;
Understanding of design engineering principles: component states, styles, screen qualities like pixel density, etc.;
• Upper-intermediate English level with the ability to converse, read and write.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator;
• Knowledge of Principle, After Effects, other animation software;
• Advanced English level;
• Advanced understanding of HTML/CSS logic principles;
• Bachelor+ degree in arts or programming department.

Responsibilities:
• To support ongoing products design;
• To design web/mobile interfaces using readymade kits & components, following given wireframes;
• To extend existing kits & components;
• To design native mobile interfaces;
• To deliver on ad-hoc tasks;
• To learn more.
