Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ year of solid experience in managing IT projects;
- Experience with software development frameworks (Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban);
- Deep understanding of SDLC;
- Experience with project management tools;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and effective negotiation skills;
- Good Client Management and Relationship Management skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English (upper-intermediate or above);
- Experience with pre-sale processes;
- Track record of long term (6+month) projects;
- Flexibility in decision making.

Will be a plus:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems (Management, Business Management or a related field will be a plus);
- Hands-on experience of managing 5+ people teams;
- A Software developer or QA background;
- Experience working with USA based clients.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitating and applying agile development best practices;
- Managing the development team and monitoring its performance;
- Estimating and budgeting;
- Planning, determining and documenting project requirements and specifications;
- Preparing software documentation;
- Working closely with the client to achieve the project objectives.
