Director of development /Lead software developer/ (offline)

Qualifications
7-12+ years of total experience
3-5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams of Software Engineers.
Prior experience running teams of 15+ engineers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with the following:
Object-oriented programming languages such as C# (and/or Java)
Cloud computing & AWS
Relational & NoSQL database systems (MS-SQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Software design patterns, data structure, complex algorithms design & complexity analysis
In-depth knowledge of various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
Being familiar with Modern DevOps & Infrastructure as a code
