HR Manager / Recruiter (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and update internal job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. dou.ua and Linkedin)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and follow up possible candidates
- Interview candidates (via phone, Skype-call, and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Proceed Candidates according to our hiring procedure
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- On-board newcomers
- Fulfill HR Calendar, that means: you manage all important dates for Employees and Company, starting from 1st working day to the Holliday
- Collect needed data to prepare all HR documents, forms and create it, based on templates
- Research educational, training or other information
- Participate in other HR activities to assure that Newxel team is happy

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as an HR manager or similar role at least a year
- Applicant Tracking Systems (CleverStaff) and resume databases operation would be nice
- Experience with sourcing and interviewing techniques good advantage
- Confidence in on-boarding, general HR procedures
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English language
- Positive life attitude
