Game designer (offline)

Game Designer is an important link in the team and a key link in the production process of game development. It is he who creates and controls the level of pleasure and involvement in the game process, distributes core and meta mechanics, creating a balance of pleasure and conversion. Gameplay, UX, game economics, featureset - this is not a complete list of its competencies. He is able to clearly and concisely explain the purpose and principles of each gaming component and correctly describe it for a programmer, artist or animator.
Requirements:
o Competent knowledge of the gaming market in the genre of slots / casino. Rich gaming experience, regular monitoring of industry changes
o Understanding Game Design Theory
o Understanding the basics of competitive graphics, artistic taste
o Understanding the principles of game analytics, KPI management
o Cognitive Distortion Experience
o Understanding the principles of creating a project at different stages (pipeline)
o Knowledge of modern software development methodologies
o High communication and presentation skills

It will be a plus:
o Knowledge of any programming language at the initial level and understanding of the basic principles of OOP
o Sketching skills
o Ability to draw flowcharts for gaming algorithms

Duties:
o Design documentation compilation (GDD)
o Development of new games concept;
o Calculation and adjustment of game balance (in-game economy and monetization);
o Creation and customization of game levels;
o Participation in the development of the concept of game mechanics and their implementation;
o Interaction with producer, mathematician and members of the development team
