Front End Architect (offline)

Profile description:
- Work closely with design, UX and back-end development teams to deliver next-generation experiences across the software
- Identify and validate the main architectural drivers
- Elaborate key quality attributes on the level of details enough for architecture design
- Elaborate interoperability requirements and necessary 3rd party APIs and tools
- Identify the technical limitations of the product and suitable toolset
- Ensure feasibility, functionality, and integrations with the product backend
- Ensure architecture and design are in compliance with specifications
- Choose suitable toolset in compliance with requirements
- Design and development reusable components and front-end libraries
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Take the ownership over architecture qualities of front-end applications (e.g.: usability, accessibility, performance, etc.)
- Review and validate code quality according to the agreed coding standard and best practices
- Lead, coach and monitor front-end engineers
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code

Mandatory qualification:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a front-end JavaScript developer
- Proven hands-on with React & Redux
- 1+ years of professional experience as an Architect / Lead in projects with heavy use of modern frontend technologies
- Solid knowledge in architecture principle and design patterns
- Proven working experience architecture design
- Proven hands-on in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Proven working experience in CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Gerrit and Jenkins
- Proven working experience with responsive UI design and development
- Strong presentation and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence, mentor, and govern standards across the team
- Bachelor degree, Master of Engineering in Computer science field or another relevant degree
- Fluency in English required
