Senior HR (offline)

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in human resources
- Work experience in large companies (80+ employees) will be a strong advantage
- Strategically thinking and ability to identify areas which should be improved
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Multitasking and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Evaluates and recommends improvements to benefit programs.
- Coordinates the administration and negotiation of union contracts.
- Evaluates company culture and provides recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Recommends and establishes company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
