Mid/Senior Manual QA Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
Manual testing of web and back-end part;
Analyzing requirements for new functionality, ensuring their quality and testability;
Providing feedback on requirements and suggestions on improvements;
Writing, executing and reviewing of test scenarios;
Test planning and estimation of QA activities;
Functional and non-functional testing of Web and Mobile applications, full-cycle;
Following the general Test Strategy and continuously improving testing processes;
Monitoring, identifying, escalating and removing obstacles that might endanger the agreed release date.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in QA;
Solid experience in manual testing web applications and back-end part;
Understanding of the way web works and the client-server architecture;
Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC;
Good understanding of HTTP/HTML/CSS/JSON/XML;
Advanced knowledge of testing approaches, techniques, and methodologies;
Practical experience in test design and exploratory testing;
Good analytical skills and attention to details;
Proactive, results-oriented personality;
Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems;

Desirable:
Basic experience with web automation testing and Selenium WebDriver;
Experience in testing APIs;
Knowledge of software development cycle, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and XP practices;
Intermediate+ level of English;
Experience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins.
