Job Description
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, attract candidates using various sources (social media networks, job boards, employee referrals etc.) mainly for software engineering and related IT positions;
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, assess candidates’ experience and skill set, select suitable candidates;
Conduct first interviews with candidates and organize technical interviews, interviews with position owners and clients, provide interview reports (summarizing candidates’ experience, skills set, motivation, salary expectations, availability, pros and cons etc.);
Discuss job offers conditions, prepare job offer letters and make job offers to candidates;
Collaborate with position owners, interviewers, recruiting team, employee relations, staff administration and other departments;
Assess the needs of current employees, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances;
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Qualifications
2+ years’ work experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar experience in HR role, in IT or large size companies;
Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes (job descriptions, sourcing channels, job boards, hiring process, interviews, job offers etc.);
Outstanding communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, candidates, colleagues;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Multi-tasking, flexibility, decision-making skills;
Creative thinking and proactive problem solving;
Familiarity with candidate tracking systems;
Intermediate or above English level;
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or similar relevant field
