Preferred Experience:
— 3 + years of successful proven experience as IT recruiter
— Experience in the selection of Senior / Lead level specialists
— Understanding of the specifics of the IT market in Lviv and Ukraine
— Knowing and using the direct search methods, various recruiting and sourcing tools
— The skill of independent time management and prioritizing
— Multitasking, attention to detail
— Focus on the result, flexible thinking
— English — Intermediate and higher

Responsibility:
— Filling vacancies
— Sourcing potential candidates, headhunting (Ukraine)
— Ensuring the full cycle recruitment process: communication with candidates, initial resume assessment, conducting interviews, preparation and support of Job Offers
— Regular monitoring of the IT market
— Generating new methods and approaches to attract the best specialists
