Full Stack Developer (NodeJs) (offline)

Mission and tasks

As a leader, you will set the rhythm of the projects and guarantee the performance of the projects thanks to your technical skills and you will work closely with the team. Your missions will be the following:
- Being able to lead and cooperate with the team and business contacts.
- Need a knowledge of the last new technologies and knows how to identify innovations and evaluate them. That's will ensure the use of best practices of development .
- Being the project supervisor on various exciting development projects: control of the good progress of developments, definition of the timeline, technical choices, methods to use .
- Deciding the architecture and technology to follow for each project (technology, data model, library).
- Training all teams, supervise and motivate developers (up 1 to 5 members average by team).
- Team’s management: guide developers, solve problems (bugs, displays), improve their skills.
- Being the technical referent in terms of code, implementing good practices, and checking the team actions.
- Ensuring the quality of the team code thanks to analysis tools and systematic code review.
- Guarantee the respect of deadlines imposed.
- Respect the allocated budget.
- Setting up tests / acceptance.
- Set a technological surveillance in all missions The Lead Developer will be helped by the CEO and the office manager.

Requirements:
- Graduated in a Master Program (Engineering, Projects Management, Industrial Engineering and Management), you have gained several years of experiences in developing.
- As a fullstack developer, you have a confirmed background on the following technologies: backend - Nodejs, frontend - one of these: Angular, Vuejs or ReactJs.
- Independent and conscientious in your work, you appreciate working in groups.
- You besides have good communication skills and have already worked in stressful environments.
- You are able to make efficient technical choices and defend your ideas
- Spoken English is a must

Nice to have^
- Spoken French.
- Some knowledges in one of these technologies would be appreciated: Ionic, React Native
