Required Skills
— 3+ years of experience in HR-generalist or related position;
— Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
— Knowledge of all possible methods and strategies of recruitment sourcing and head hunting;
— General understanding of IT-technologies;
— Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;
— Good command of English
Obligations
— Development, implementation and maintenance of HR processes in the company
— Set compensation and benefit systems;
— Conduct full cycle of talent acquisition and recruitment;
— Communicate with all levels of managers including founders
— Work with remote international teams
— Implement and monitor employees’ satisfaction rate;
— Coordinate organization of cultural events/ team buildings in the company.
— Daily maintenance of HR documentation
— Prepare HR reports
