- 1+ year in HR/Recruitment role in IT company;

- English at Intermediate level.
Ideally:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 system;
- Practical experience with Attract and Onboard modules in MS Dynamics 365 for Talent.
Main responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting;
- Manage/improve on-boarding and off-boarding procedures;
- Manage/improve performance review, staff retention, motivation and other policies and standard documents;
- Organise corporate meeting and team building events;
- Identify areas for improvement in recruitment/HR management and implement solution;
- Manage/improve staff training processes and procedures.
