Senior .NET developer (offline)

Project Description:

You, as a candidate with strong senior level and solid background and experience in modern technologies, will have a brilliant opportunity to design, develop, test and support various components of different products aimed to optimize and automate manually
intensive processes throughout the bank.
We at Luxoft are looking for a Senior .Net developer with strong C# experience. The person will be working on a system that allows us to consolidate data about securities and prices from different subsystems and distribute the consolidated data to internal clients.
It contains several GUI applications that allow us to adjust information about securities and prices, export the information and manage the configuration of the backend components.
The project is developed by several teams located in different geographical locations. The teams are located in North America, Ukraine (Kiev) and China (Shanghai).
From a technical point of view, GUI applications are .NET desktop applications and web applications written in Java and JavaScript. They communicate with JEE applications deployed in Oracle Weblogic using web services (both SOAP and RESTful).

Responsibilities:
- Development and unit testing of the source code for .Net desktop application
- Participate in code reviews
- Enforce standards and best practices
- Participate in Agile SDLC

Mandatory Skills:
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong .Net(C#)
- WinForms(and/or WPF) commercial experience
- Design Patterns & Solid OOP
- Experience with test-first development or TDD
- Experience developing multi-threaded applications
- A decent level of SQL and Linux

Nice-to-Have Skills:- PL/SQL experience
