QA Lead and Guild Master (offline)

In this role, you'll get to:
Understand business and product priorities, challenges, short-, mid- and long-term plans; consider them making QA-related decisions.
Create a plan and strategy for testing and implement it with QAs and Engineers
Create the automation system starting from approaches and finishing with specific instruments, tools for each component of the product
Lead QA Guild which means:
Define a strategic plan of Guild development
Manage and improve the process for the Guild
Drive “team dynamics” across the Guild which includes:
Seek new process improvements within the Guild
Keep alignment between Squads
Help to develop Individual development plans for the Guild members
Participate in hiring, performance management, salary review processes as the center of functional expertise
Driving automation experience exchange and knowledge sharing
Сoach engineers about quality assurance and assistance methodologies, practices, and approaches
Act as champion in to ensure the security of the product by educating QAs and Engineers regarding security development practices which will be provided by CISO
Maintain quality assurance dashboards and provide visibility on quality and tests
Track quality assurance metrics
Maintain automation tests on CI
Monitor and implement QAs best practices
Work in a cross-functional team that touches many of the core systems and user flows at Figleaf
Participate in partner collaboration processes, perform technology assessments
Constantly monitor and learn new technologies and approaches that may be implemented at FigLeaf for sake of better product and efficiency of the team and process

Who you are:
You have 2+ years in leading QA team(s)
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation (windows or backend or mobile)
You possess hands-on experience of testing on Windows
You have experience in writing testing strategies, plans, cases, etc.
Experience of scripting/automation with Python or JS
You can communicate with an impact, analyze and solve complex problems
You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team and able to innovate and generate ideas as well as turn them into solutions
You are proactive and have a sense of ownership for what you do
You embody a constant learning-oriented mindset
