HR Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
The position is opened in Global HR Center (TAM SSC) - an international organization, which is responsible for performing HR processes for different countries within LUXOFT.
Our team: SCC Team consists of 17+ members in different locations in Russia and Ukraine.
Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS PowerPoint, Luxoft Internal Systems.

Responsibilities:
- Qualified HR services implementation for employees in different regions (countries) of Luxoft and DXC Technology company presence.
- Support, organization and performing of different types of personnel processing in foreign company’s locations (hiring, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, terminations) –
( there is especially prepared good supervision program for newly hired employees to teach and help them to cope with subtle details of international personnel processing).
- Employees’ files handling in internal informational systems.
Mandatory Skills:
- University degree;
- Personnel processing knowledge;
- Fluent English (written/spoken) no lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Excellent communication skills, Good typing skills both in Russian and English;
- High level of responsibility, attention to details;
- Multitasking, tasks prioritization.
- Initiative, easy-learning, result-oriented.
- Flexibility, stress resistance.
- Team working skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Work experience in international company;
- Personnel processing work experience;
