Frontend developer with solid Shopify experience (offline)

Our client is about to rebuild his Shopify website. He wants to write HTML/CSS from the ground up based on Foundation Framework with Progressive Web approach. Reason: current HTML/CSS is not maintainable and very dirty. Their frontend lead developer already started this process. He estimates this work for ~3 months. It is supposed to start ASAP.

Requirements:
- English upper-intermediate/fluent
- HTML/CSS/JS - senior level (A candidate should be able to write beautiful, readable and maintainable HTML/CSS )
- Foundation Framework - senior level (The new html/css should be built on Foundation Framework)
- Shopify Liquid - senior level (We will be rebuilding the client’s Shopify website so we have to be seniors in Shopify Liquid)
- Progressive Web - middle level (The client wants to build his shopify store based on Progressive Web approach)
- Ruby - middle level (We might be building private custom apps for Shopify and we will be using Ruby for it. This is a nice to have skill for the frontend developer.)
- Proactivity - a candidate won’t have a tech lead on our side so he has to be proactive to satisfy the client working remotely.
