Business Intelligence Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to capture business and technical requirements used to construct and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics. Translate business needs to technical specifications.
Build and maintain dashboards accordingly to the requirements using BI tools (e.g. Tableau);
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical;

Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience with Business Intelligence;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field of study;
Track record of working in Scrum / Agile software teams;
Proficient in spoken and written English

Technical Skills
Experience and proven proficiency with SQL;
Experience with report writing software such as Tableau is desirable;
Experience with Redshift is desirable;
Experience with programming languages (Python/R) is desirable;
Experience with AWS
Organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information;
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Analytical mindset, good problem-solving abilities with critical thought and relevant education;
Ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and precise manner;
Strong technical skills regarding data analysis and statistics.
