REMOTE QA Automation in C# (offline)
Project Description
Project is a test automation solution, that should be implemented for one particular area of customer's business: annuities.
System under test is a set of about 20 web, desktop and API applications that gathers, processes and outputs huge amount of information. Calculation engines and output engines testing are critical for business. We can expect to implement tests around business logics assertion, documents comparison, image recognition and big end-to-end test as well. There will be some API testing, though it's not clear for the moment how much.
TA framework

SpecFlow (for non-API scenarios)
Selenium
StreamDiff + other image/document comparison tools
Desktop testing tool to be determined later
API testing tool to be determined later (50% probability on REST sharp)
Report Portal
CI/CD to be determined later
Responsibilities
Implement, Extend and maintain Test Automation Framework
Implement and execute automated scenarios
Write/Update/Maintain test cases (up to 20% of workload depending on situation)
Analyze Regression runs
Report bugs and verify bug-fix
Prepare a testing result report
Communication with QA, BA and DevOps
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of C# and OOP
Experience with Selenium and SpecFlow
Knowledge of Web Services testing (REST)
Written and spoken English level B1 and beyond
Experience with Agile
Challenges
Getting info about testing from current vendor.
Building fully automated CI/CD based solution for each component.
Integration of all the components.
Output engines testing: templates, data, pixel-by-pixel comparison, etc.
