Project manager (V) (offline) $1500-2000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: TEAM NAS West is a department of Newage Company, the main focus of which is the web and mobile applications development and support.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of Project Management or relevant experience;
• Excellent soft skills and fluent English communication;
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Experience with Jira (creating and tracking tasks);
• Ability for multitasking;
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Must demonstrate hardworking and disciplined character, exceptional customer service skills, the ability to accept constructive criticism, ability to build team motivation and to build consensus;
• Participates in the pre-sales activities;
• Friendly personality;
• Ability to lead 3 or 4 projects at the same time.

WILL BE A PLUS:
• Experience as a BA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Estimate new projects with developers and architects, prepare the estimations for the customerst;
• Anticipates clients’ needs and proposes alternative technical solutions;
• Create tasks in Jira and track the progress for ongoing projects;
• Help developers to succeed on the projects;
• Lead several in-house projects.
