Senior JavaScript (React.js) Developer (offline)

About the Project:
The project is a wellness application, which is designed for companies that want their employees to be healthier. The main idea is that an employee should periodically log in, enter his/her personal health info – weight, height, blood pressure, habits, lifestyle and so on – and the system, after executing a set of rules, will recommend a bunch of goals he/she should achieve to improve his/her health: quit smoking, lose weight and so on. User health attribute data is also populated by verified data from medical clinics/labs/gyms, i.e. user health status is quite actual all the time. Once the user achieves a goal – he/she is awarded a certain amount of virtual money. Every quarter users who earned virtual money can spend them for any stuff in an online store where a logged in user can be forwarded.

Requirements:
More than 3 years of of JavaScript experience;
Hands on experience in HTML and CSS;.
Good knowledge of React Basics. Architecture of React. React main principles; State management with Redux;
Knowledge of React UI component libraries;
Proactive, sociable person eager to work and develop in a team;
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and mentor junior team members;
Ability to be self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.

Nice to have:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

English level:
Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JS, HTML and CSS. Develop application code and unit tests;
Performing code review, UI optimizations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, and design new features;
Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about front end development, web application, mobile app etc.;
Constantly work on improving your level of skills and qualifications.
