QA Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing client requirements and development of corresponding test cases
• Participating in defining 'as-is' state for the enterprise business solution, model 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps and propose improvements
• Developing business cases to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
• Standardize the collection of business and solution requirements
• Performing software testing (functional and non-functional) on multiple environments and configurations
• Issues registration and tracking
• Recommending design and functional improvements or corrections to engineers when applicable
• Actively facilitating discussions, ensure effective communication, develop relationships with all project stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1+ year web or desktop applications testing experience
• Experience in the development and/or implementation of enterprise solutions (CRM, ERP, etc).
• Knowledge and understanding of basic testing methods: functional, regression, usability testing
• Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
• Knowledge of business process modeling
• Knowledge of prototyping and modeling tools
• Good knowledge of software development specifics and methodologies (e. g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Understanding of management principles and project management specifics
• English - Intermediate + level

• Bachelor or master degree

• Ability to work without supervision
